Payments may be made through M-Pesa, debit/credit card, bank transfer, or other methods listed at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until payment is successfully received and verified.

4. Shipping, delivery, and collection

• Orders are processed within the stated business hours and may require additional confirmation for large or custom items.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated before checkout.
• Customers may also collect orders from our shop location after receiving a collection confirmation.

5. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

If your item is faulty, damaged, or differs from the description, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days. Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
