7-Day Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
Original Condition
Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories, manuals and seals intact.
Fast Exchanges
Faulty items are exchanged quickly once verified by our team.
Quick Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via M-Pesa or your original payment method.
How to return an item
- Contact us on 0727 391 692 or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number and a brief description (photos help) of the issue.
- Bring the item to our shop or hand it to our courier — we'll arrange collection for verified faults.
- Once inspected, we'll exchange the item or issue a refund within 3–5 business days.
Items not eligible for return
- Opened or used consumables and personal care items.
- Items damaged by misuse, liquid exposure or unauthorized repair.
- Consumables (toners, inks) that have been opened or used.
- Special-order items procured specifically on request, unless faulty.
Warranty
All products carry their respective manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims after the 7-day window are handled through the authorized service centers, and our team will gladly assist you throughout the process.
